Matthew 21:31b-32,43 - Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, the tax collectors and the prostitutes are entering the kingdom of God ahead of you. For John came to you to show the way of righteousness, and you did not believe him, but the tax collectors and the prostitutes did. And even after you saw this, you did not repent and believe him..."Therefore I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a people who will produce its fruit."
God redeemed us and given us his ultimate promise that was promised to a people that He laid claim before I even existed. And when I came to this world I did not qualify for His promise because I was born into sin and lived a life like the tax collectors and prostitutes and yet I am redeemed by his righteousness and given His kingdom to produce its fruit, to be the evidence of God's nondiscriminatory redemptive power and beautiful glory.
